Stonecrest of Meridian Hills has the approval to begin to move-in residents and provide licensed residential assisted living services as of October 31, 2017. Stonecrest will begin orientation of the community residents and family members. The goal is to move-in each resident at a steady pace in the following months. This will ensure each resident is comfortable and adjusts well to their home. This approval is right on schedule for the Winter Wonderland Grand Opening celebration on November 30, 2017.
Stonecrest of Meridian Hills was certified with a provisional Residential Care License. The 97-bed Residential Care Facility hasfulfilled the requirements for licensure in the State of Indiana. Stonecrest of Meridian Hills is subject to provisions of IC 16-28 andthe Rules of the Indiana State Department of Health. This provisional license will be effective October 30, 2017 and will expire onJanuary 31, 2017.
